Manchester City have accepted a £75 million bid from Tottenham Hotspur for winger Savinho, with the Brazilian set to undergo a medical before completing his move to north London. The fee could rise by a further £10 million in add-ons, according to BBC Sport.

Savinho’s departure comes just one year after Tottenham had a previous bid for the 22-year-old rejected by City. He missed last weekend’s Community Shield through illness and now looks set to leave the Etihad Stadium before the new Premier League season gets underway.

In a potential double deal, Spurs are also understood to be in advanced discussions to sign City striker Omar Marmoush. The 27-year-old Egypt international struggled for regular minutes last season, largely playing behind Erling Haaland, and is believed to be seeking a move that offers him more consistent playing time.

On the incoming side, City’s interest in Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez continues. Bayer Leverkusen head coach Xabi Alonso addressed Fernandez’s future in a press conference ahead of the weekend’s fixtures, though the German club has not yet indicated a willingness to sell.

French teenager Ayyoub Bouaddi also remains high on City’s transfer wishlist, with talks reported to be progressing for the highly-rated midfielder.

City open their Premier League campaign at home to Bournemouth, and the club appear to be managing a significant squad reshuffle in the days leading up to that fixture. The exits of Savinho and potentially Marmoush would represent notable departures from Pep Guardiola’s options in the final third.
