King Green totals custom Range Rover in live-streamed crash days after UFC 314 KO loss

UFC lightweight King Green totaled his custom Range Rover in a car accident on Sunday night, with the collision captured live on his social media stream. The 40-year-old was driving when he apparently ran a red light, and a silver Jeep Compass turning left struck his vehicle.

“We just got in a car accident,” Green told his audience immediately after the impact. “Hopefully the people are okay.”

Green, visibly shaken, confirmed his car — which he described as “my baby” — was a total loss. He disputed blame for the collision, suggesting the other driver had turned into his path. “Why would she do that?” he said. “Bro, I think she knows she fucked up.” He ultimately summed up the incident with characteristic bluntness: “Sh*t happens.”

There were no immediate reports of serious injuries to anyone involved.

The accident came just days after Green suffered a knockout loss to Esteban Ribovics at UFC 332, a defeat that snapped a four-fight winning streak — the last three of which he had ended by stoppage. The loss dropped his overall professional record to 36-18-1.

Green, a veteran of more than 50 professional MMA bouts, had been building momentum heading into the Ribovics fight and will now look to regroup both inside and outside the octagon.
