UFC's Michael Page steps into Real American Freestyle against Shlemenko at RAF 14
Michael Page will make his Real American Freestyle debut against former Bellator middleweight champion Alexander Shlemenko at RAF 14 on October 3 in Las Vegas, adding a grappling contest to his already-booked UFC Paris fight on September 5.
Michael Page will cross into a new combat sport on October 3, facing Alexander Shlemenko in both men’s Real American Freestyle debuts at RAF 14 in Las Vegas — a booking that arrives just weeks after Page’s scheduled UFC Paris bout on September 5 against Nursulton Ruziboev.
Page, known as “Venom”, has compiled a 4-1 record in the UFC since joining the promotion in 2024, with his only loss coming via decision against Ian Garry. The British welterweight built his reputation at Bellator MMA, where a string of highlight-reel knockouts and a run at interim welterweight gold established him as one of the sport’s most watchable strikers. He enters the RAF matchup on a three-fight winning streak, though he has yet to record a finish inside the Octagon.
Shlemenko, 42, is one of the most experienced fighters on the card. The Russian veteran has competed 87 times as a professional, accumulating 35 knockout victories and 13 submission wins in MMA. His most prominent chapter came at Bellator, where he claimed the middleweight championship in 2013 and defended it three times before eventually losing the belt.
The Page-Shlemenko contest is not the headline attraction at RAF 14. Top-ranked UFC lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan meets Dillon Danis in the main event of the Las Vegas card.
