Sunday’s World Cup 2026 programme features four group-stage fixtures across the United States and Canada, with Spain, Belgium, Uruguay, New Zealand and Egypt all in action.

Spain open the day’s play against Saudi Arabia at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta at 5pm BST (12pm ET). La Roja head into the Group H clash under pressure after being held to a goalless draw by Cape Verde in their tournament opener, making three points here close to essential for a side with genuine title ambitions.

Group G follows at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, where Belgium face Iran at 8pm BST (3pm ET). Belgium, perennial underachievers at major tournaments despite their golden generation, will be expected to take control of the group with a win.

The evening’s third fixture returns to Group H as Uruguay meet Cape Verde at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, with kick-off at 11pm BST (6pm ET). Cape Verde arrive in confident mood after their surprise point against Spain, while Uruguay will be looking to assert themselves as the group’s second force behind the Spanish.

Sunday’s schedule concludes in the early hours of Monday morning for British fans, with New Zealand taking on Egypt in a Group G clash at BC Place in Vancouver. Kick-off is set for 2am BST (9pm ET Sunday), rounding off a full day of World Cup football.
