Sinik officially reignited his clash with Booba last Wednesday by releasing the track Red Card — a jab built around football references. The song cites two French internationals: Thierry Henry at the opening, then Désiré Doué a few bars later.

“You’re as funny as Fabrice Eboué / You suck a lot but nobody cares about you like Désiré Doué,” raps the artist from Ulis. The verse directly targets Booba by recalling that the attacking midfielder for Paris Saint-Germain never publicly responded to the tribute the rapper had dedicated to him in summer 2024.

At the time, Booba had released a track featuring Benash dedicated to the number 14 from the Île-de-France region, apparently hoping that Doué would share it on his social media. That share never came. Faced with this silence, the “Duke of Boulogne” had replied with an ironic message evoking a torn anterior cruciate ligament — one of the most feared injuries in football.

The context had seemed favorable for a symbolic reconciliation. The day after PSG’s first Ligue des Champions victory of the season, Désiré Doué made his entrance at Parc des Princes to Dolce Camara, a Booba track in collaboration with SDM. “What an honor, what a victory. Thank you DD,” the rapper had then rejoiced.

But the player’s complete lack of response stuck in Booba’s craw — and Sinik, who has maintained a feud with him that began nearly twenty years ago, did not miss the opportunity to seize on it to fuel his new track.
