Manchester United have agreed a record-breaking deal with Amazon to feature in the streaming giant’s All or Nothing documentary series, with cameras set to follow the club throughout the entire 2026/27 season.

The fee agreed by United eclipses those paid for previous All or Nothing instalments covering Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, with Old Trafford sources describing it as a record for any documentary involving a professional football club. Amazon’s cameras will be granted access from the start of pre-season, covering everything from first-team training at Carrington to matchdays at Old Trafford.

United had been considering this kind of project for several years, holding talks with multiple potential streaming partners and receiving a significant proposal during their 2023 pre-season tour of the United States. The club ultimately chose Amazon based on the platform’s established track record with the All or Nothing format.

Toby Craig, United’s chief communications officer, said the timing was now right to give supporters an unprecedented look inside the club. “This documentary will showcase Manchester United’s unique people, ambition and culture; from the iconic atmosphere at Old Trafford to the work that goes on behind the scenes every day at Carrington,” he said. “We will share some of the stories of this historic club both with our fans and new audiences around the world as we compete at the highest level, both domestically and in the Champions League.”

Tara Erer, Amazon’s Head of UK Film and Unscripted Television and Northern European Originals, described United as a story the platform “had to tell”. “From Old Trafford to every corner of the world, there is no club that commands this level of passion, history and obsession,” she said.

The deal reflects United’s broader push toward greater openness and transparency under their current ownership structure, with the documentary intended to reach both the club’s existing global fanbase and new audiences worldwide.
