The Premier League has confirmed its full list of televised fixtures for September, with the Manchester derby between United and City moved to Sunday 13 September — a date that carries extra significance as it will be the first meeting without Pep Guardiola at the City helm in ten years, pitching Michael Carrick against Enzo Maresca.

The fixture was originally slated for Saturday but has been shifted back a day. Manchester United have seen three further matches rearranged: their games against Ipswich, Everton and Fulham have all been moved to Sundays across the month.

Arsenal’s trip to Sunderland on Saturday 13 September kicks off at 20:00, while their home clash with Chelsea on Sunday 6 September is set for 16:30. Liverpool open the televised September slate on Friday 5 September at home to Ipswich, having already been scheduled for a lunchtime kick-off against Nottingham Forest on Saturday 30 August.

Elsewhere, Chelsea’s home game against Brighton on Sunday 30 August has been moved to a 14:00 kick-off due to Brighton’s involvement in the UEFA Conference League playoff the preceding Thursday. Sunderland’s fixture against Fulham on the same day was also rescheduled following the earlier movement of Fulham’s match against Chelsea.

The Leeds United vs Newcastle United game on Monday 14 September carries a contingency clause: it will revert to a Saturday 12:30 kick-off should either club reach the EFL Cup third round and be drawn against a Champions League participant. A similar condition applies to Brentford vs Chelsea on Friday 18 September.

The full run of confirmed televised fixtures spans late August through to Sunday 20 September, when Fulham host Manchester United at 16:30.
