Manchester City are targeting Palmeiras winger Allan as a replacement for Savinho, with the club in advanced talks to sell the Brazilian to Tottenham in a double deal that could also include Omar Marmoush.

Allan, 23, holds a €100m release clause at the São Paulo club, though City are expected to push for a reduced fee. He has scored six goals in 95 appearances for Palmeiras and is yet to earn a senior cap for Brazil.

Savinho could fetch up to £85m from Tottenham, with Marmoush also included in a package that would bring City well over £100m in total. Despite making 36 appearances in all competitions last season, both players became fringe figures — Savinho ending the campaign as second-choice right winger behind January signing Antoine Semenyo.

City have already added one winger this summer in 17-year-old Jeremy Monga, though his involvement in first-team football this season remains uncertain.

The club have spent £130m so far, headlined by the £116m club-record acquisition of Elliot Anderson, while bringing in approximately £150m in sales — a figure that would rise significantly if the Savinho and Marmoush deals are concluded.

Funds from those departures are also expected to help finance reinforcements in central midfield, where City face the task of replacing Rodri and Tijjani Reijnders. Ayyoub Bouaddi and Enzo Fernandez are among the names under consideration as Pep Guardiola looks to reshape his squad ahead of the new season.
