Kang-In Lee set to leave PSG for Atlético Madrid for €25m
According to Fabrizio Romano, a personal agreement between Kang-In Lee and Atlético Madrid is increasingly close. PSG could sell the South Korean international for around €25 million this summer.
Kang-In Lee is moving closer to leaving Paris Saint-Germain. According to Fabrizio Romano, a personal agreement between the South Korean attacking midfielder and Atlético Madrid is imminent, with the Madrid club having made him a priority target to strengthen their attacking sector.
The Spanish press reports a transfer valued at around €25 million. Atlético, which is also working on the arrival of Alejandro Grimaldo from Bayer Leverkusen, is shaping up as one of the most active players in the upcoming summer transfer window.
The Kang-In Lee deal is the most advanced among several delicate situations at PSG. Two other players, lacking playing time under Luis Enrique, are also seeing their futures written elsewhere. Gonçalo Ramos is being tracked by AC Milan, while goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier is attracting interest from Tottenham and Besiktas, who have already expressed concrete interest.
These moves are part of a broader overhaul of the Paris squad. Following two solid seasons, including a Ligue des Champions double, Luis Enrique has structured a tighter squad around a core group, leaving little room for fringe players. Those who have failed to establish themselves permanently should therefore be encouraged to find a new club during the summer transfer window.
