Hernandez vs. Rodrigues set as de Ridder returns to light heavyweight at UFC Sacramento

All 26 fighters successfully made weight at Friday’s official UFC Sacramento weigh-ins, confirming a full card for Saturday’s event. Middleweight contenders Anthony Hernandez and Gregory Rodrigues are set for the main event after registering at 186 and 185 pounds respectively.

In the co-main event, heavyweights Serghei Spivac and Vitor Petrino had no issues at the scale, with Spivac coming in at 257 pounds and Petrino at 246.

The most notable storyline heading into Saturday is Reinier de Ridder’s return to the light heavyweight division. The Dutch fighter, nicknamed “The Dutch Knight”, weighed in at exactly 205 pounds for his first UFC bout scheduled at 205 pounds, after going 4-2 at middleweight. De Ridder previously held championship gold in ONE Championship at both 205 and 225 pounds, making the move back up following consecutive losses to Caio Borralho and Brendan Allen. His opponent, Roman Dolidze, weighed in at 206 pounds and brings a perfect 3-0 record at light heavyweight into the contest.
