Amanda Nunes heads into UFC 334 as a betting underdog for the first time in over six years, with oddsmakers installing women’s bantamweight champion Kayla Harrison as a -190 favourite ahead of their co-main event clash at Madison Square Garden on 14 November.

Harrison’s -190 line against Nunes’s +161 mark the sharpest role-reversal of “The Lioness” career in recent memory. The last time Nunes entered a completed UFC bout as an underdog was at UFC 232 in December 2018, when she faced Cris Cyborg — a fight she ended by knockout in just 51 seconds to claim the featherweight title.

The main event sees heavyweight champion Ciryl Gane (-243) defend his title against the unbeaten Josh Hokit (+203). Gane’s near-quarter-odds favourite status makes him the second-heaviest favourite on the card, though he is comfortably outpaced by flyweight prospect Bilal Hasan, who is listed at a commanding -950 against Luis Gurule (+650) — the widest line of the entire main card.

The most competitive matchup on paper is the middleweight bout between Caio Borralho (-120) and Yousri Belgaroui (+103), where the margin between the two fighters is razor-thin. Uros Medic (-165) is a moderate favourite over Kevin Holland (+140) in the remaining main card contest.

The full UFC 334 main card odds are as follows: Ciryl Gane (-243) vs. Josh Hokit (+203); Kayla Harrison (-190) vs. Amanda Nunes (+161); Caio Borralho (-120) vs. Yousri Belgaroui (+103); Uros Medic (-165) vs. Kevin Holland (+140); Bilal Hasan (-950) vs. Luis Gurule (+650).

UFC 334 takes place on 14 November at Madison Square Garden in New York.
