Unbeaten champion Shaidulloev risks perfect record in farewell fight at Super RIZIN 6

Featherweight champion Razhabali Shaidulloev will put his perfect 19-0 record and PFL/RIZIN title on the line against Japanese contender Kyoma Akimoto at Super RIZIN 6 on Dec. 31 at Vantelim Dome Nagoya — a fight that doubles as his farewell to the promotion before joining MVP MMA in 2027.

Shaidulloev has gone the distance just once in 19 professional bouts, that coming in his most recent title defence against A.J. McKee in September. Akimoto arrives on the back of back-to-back wins over Patchy Mix and Kleber Koike this year, carrying a 13-1 record and a genuine chance to derail the champion’s unbeaten run on the biggest stage of his career.

The co-main event is a lightweight rematch between champion Luiz Gustavo and popular local fighter Mikuru Asakura, though RIZIN has yet to confirm whether the 155-pound title will be at stake in the second meeting between the two.

Super atomweight champion Saori Oshima also defends her belt on the card, taking on Natasha Kuziutina in the third-to-last fight of the night. The event rounds out 2026 with a pair of grand prix finals: Tsuyoshi Sudario faces Edopolo King to decide the heavyweight grand prix, while Christian Akira Matsuo meets Sora Kaneko in the KOSHIEN 2026 final.
