Adeyemi ended the uncertainty in stoppage time, driving forward on a solo run down the left from the substitutes’ bench before finishing past Ryan to restore the two-goal cushion and seal all three points.

The result extends Barcelona’s perfect league record to five wins from five and preserves their three-point advantage at the summit, a lead that had briefly looked under threat from Real Madrid’s own strong early-season form.
