Marcus Smith will become the second-youngest player in Harlequins history to reach 200 club appearances when he starts at fly-half against Saracens at The Stoop on Sunday, aged 27 years and 253 days.
The England international made his Harlequins debut as an 18-year-old during the 2017/18 season, reaching the milestone in just over nine years. Smith partners Will Porter at half-back as Harlequins host their London rivals in what shapes up as a significant occasion for the club.
Also returning to the starting line-up is England loosehead Fin Baxter, who takes his place in the front row alongside hooker Sam Riley and tighthead Ollie Streeter after a 10-month spell on the sidelines through injury.
James Dun and Kieran Treadwell continue their second-row partnership, with Jack Kenningham named on the blindside and Seb Driscoll on the openside. Lucas Schmid retains the No.8 shirt in the absence of the injured Chandler Cunningham-South, following back-to-back strong performances against Sale Sharks and RC Vannes.
Bryn Bradley and Luke Northmore continue at centre, while captain Cadan Murley, Rodrigo Isgró and George Furbank form the backfield. Head coach Jason Gilmore has named a six-two split on the bench.
