Beckham pockets £38.5m as World Cup deals drive 47% profit surge at brand empire
David Beckham received a personal payout of approximately £38.5 million after his commercial holding company DRJB Holdings posted a 47 per cent rise in net profits to £50 million for 2025, fuelled by new partnerships with Bank of America, McDonald's, Verizon and PepsiCo ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
David Beckham collected a personal dividend of approximately £38.5 million after his commercial holding company, DRJB Holdings, reported a 47 per cent jump in net profits to £50 million for 2025, according to the firm’s latest filings. The surge was driven by a wave of new sponsorship deals tied to the build-up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup and an expansion of his fashion and health businesses.
DRJB Holdings — the umbrella entity combining all of Beckham’s commercial brands — paid out £38.9 million in dividends to shareholders during the financial year, followed by a further £46.6 million distribution after the year concluded. Beckham’s 45 per cent stake in the business, held through his vehicle Footwork Productions, translated into the £38.5 million personal return. US consumer company Authentic Brands Group, which acquired a controlling 55 per cent stake in 2022, holds the remainder.
Revenues at David Beckham Brands climbed 20 per cent to £84.0 million for the year. Growth was underpinned by a new multi-year partnership with Bank of America, struck ahead of the 2026 World Cup, alongside commercial contracts with McDonald’s, Verizon and PepsiCo Lay’s. The company also benefited from expanding sales in Beckham’s health supplements business.
Beyond sponsorship, 2025 saw Beckham launch his first co-designed menswear collections for Hugo Boss, new eyewear lines with Safilo under the David Beckham Eyewear label, and a second limited-edition model of Adidas Predator football boots.
Corey Salter, chief executive of entertainment at Authentic, credited the results to both the strength of the Beckham name and the operational discipline behind it. “The recent financial performance has again demonstrated why David Beckham is one of the most powerful global brands in sport, lifestyle, entertainment and much more,” Salter said. “What these results show is that behind the Beckham brand is a strong and highly effective team within Authentic, set up with the financial discipline and strong fundamentals to continue to grow profitably through 2026 and beyond.”
