UFC White House draws 34 million global viewers with more countries still to report

The UFC White House event on June 14 has reached an estimated 34 million viewers worldwide, the promotion announced on Friday. The figure is set to rise further once Spain and France — home nations of main-event fighters Ilia Topuria and Ciryl Gane — submit their viewership data in mid-July.

The UFC White House event on June 14 has attracted an estimated 34 million viewers globally, the promotion announced on Friday, placing it among the highest-watched events in UFC history — and the final tally has not yet been reached.

The United States and Latin America accounted for 17 million of those viewers. The updated global figure incorporates data from Australia, China, India, South Korea, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, but Spain and France have yet to submit their numbers, with those reports expected in mid-July.

The absence of those two markets is significant. Spain’s Ilia Topuria headlined the card in a lightweight title fight, while France’s Ciryl Gane competed in the co-main event. Both countries carry substantial MMA fanbases, meaning the eventual total could rise by a considerable margin once their viewership is confirmed.

In the main event, Justin Gaethje claimed the undisputed lightweight championship by knocking out the previously undefeated Topuria, delivering one of the most dramatic title-fight finishes of the year and the kind of result likely to have driven strong international interest.

The White House setting gave the event an unusual backdrop that generated widespread media coverage beyond traditional sports outlets, a factor that may have contributed to the broad reach across multiple continents. Whether the final number pushes the event to the top of the UFC’s all-time global viewership rankings will depend on what Spain and France report next month.
