UFC 330 is building into one of the year’s most loaded cards, with several new bouts confirmed for the August 15 event at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center, headlined by Islam Makhachev defending his welterweight title against Ian Machado Garry.
Mackenzie Dern will put her strawweight belt on the line in the co-main event against fellow submission specialist Gillian Robertson, adding a second title fight to a card that already carried significant weight at the top.
Jalin Turner’s return from a brief retirement is now official, with the lightweight set to face Kaue Fernandes in what will be his second octagon appearance since coming back to competition. Veteran welterweight Neil Magny also returns, booked against Ramiz Brahimaj.
Geoff Neal and Chidi Njokuani are matched up in a welterweight pairing that promises striking fireworks, while Mansur Abdul-Malik faces Dustin Stoltzfus. Jeremiah Wells meets Myktybek Orolbai at welterweight, and Vicente Luque moves up to middleweight to take on Treason Gore.
Erin Blanchfield, one of the women’s flyweight division’s most compelling contenders, faces Jasmine Jasudavicius in a bout that could position her for a title shot. Veteran lightweight Edson Barboza rounds out the confirmed additions with a fight against Esteban Ribovics.
The early prelims are scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. ET, with the main card getting underway at 9 p.m. ET. Further bouts are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
