Arman Tsarukyan and Colby Covington will settle months of building animosity when they meet in the RAF 11 main event this Saturday at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panther Arena, with the inaugural RAF Crossover title on the line in a catchweight contest.
Tsarukyan, the top-ranked UFC lightweight, enters the bout undefeated in the promotion and in strong form after a tech fall victory at RAF Georgia last weekend. Covington, the former interim UFC welterweight champion, is also unbeaten under the RAF banner as the two crossover stars collide across weight classes.
The co-main event carries its own compelling storyline: Ben Askren returns to competition for one final match, just over a year after undergoing a double-lung transplant, to face former UFC welterweight world champion Belal Muhammad. It is a remarkable comeback for Askren, whose health battle made his return to any form of athletic competition far from certain.
Former UFC lightweights Frankie Edgar and Clay Guida also renew acquaintances from their shared era at the top of the division, meeting in a lightweight contest on the undercard.
