RC Lens have made a move for Nathan Zézé, a young 21-year-old central defender playing at Neom in Saudi Arabia, according to Foot Mercato. However, the Sang et Or are not alone in their pursuit: Bologna and Eintracht Frankfurt are also eyeing the French U21 international.

Transferred last summer from Nantes to Neom for €20 million, Zézé enjoyed an excellent season in the Saudi Pro League. His Saudi club is obliged to sell before they can recruit, which could accelerate the deal in the coming days.

RC Lens are approaching this summer transfer window in a favourable context, following a season start marked by victory over PSG in the Trophée des champions. Strengthening their central defence is among the priorities for the northern club before the transfer window closes.
