McGregor vs Holloway UFC 329 tickets hit $24,600 as comeback demand surges
Conor McGregor's return to the octagon against Max Holloway at UFC 329 in Las Vegas is generating extraordinary demand, with ringside seats fetching up to $24,600 each and the top two VIP packages already sold out six weeks before fight night.
Conor McGregor’s comeback fight against Max Holloway at UFC 329 is producing eye-watering ticket prices at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, with the most expensive single seats listed at $24,600 and the cheapest still available at $1,822 — before taxes and fees.
Ticket sales are being handled by AXS, and early availability data shows the highest-priced options are third-row seats near the octagon, while fourth-row seats on the opposite side are listed at $15,990 each. A limited number of floor seats remain, with the cheapest of those priced just above $7,300. Even seats in the upper deck are clearing under $2,000, with inventory moving rapidly since pre-sales opened last week.
VIP packages through OnLocation — the event planning arm of TKO Group Holdings, which owns the UFC — have already seen significant sell-through. The top-tier Elite package, which included front-row floor seats, has sold out, as has the second-tier Rising Star option. The remaining VIP packages start at $8,000 per person, with the higher of the two at $13,500. Those packages include floor or lower-level seating, reserved access to the ceremonial weigh-ins, a weigh-in reception with UFC athlete appearances, and in-venue hospitality.
McGregor is returning after a five-year absence from competition, having suffered a broken leg in his last fight in July 2021. The scale of early demand underlines his enduring commercial pull despite the lengthy layoff. During his peak years, McGregor headlined events that generated live gates exceeding $17 million — figures recorded in 2016 and 2018 respectively. With current ticket pricing and sell-through rates at UFC 329, the gate for his fight with Holloway could surpass those benchmarks, though official figures will not be confirmed until fight night.
Holloway, the former featherweight champion, represents a marquee opponent capable of matching the occasion. The bout adds competitive credibility to what is already one of the most commercially anticipated cards in recent UFC history.
