Luis Enrique's daughter involved in fatal accident in Spain
Sira Martinez, daughter of PSG manager Luis Enrique, was in a vehicle that struck and killed a motorcyclist on Thursday in Oliva, southern Valencia. She is unharmed; her companion, who was driving, tested negative for alcohol and drugs.
A motorcyclist died Thursday afternoon in Oliva, in southern Valencia, after being struck by a car carrying Sira Martinez, daughter of Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique. The victim died at the scene, before emergency services arrived.
Sira Martinez was not driving at the time of the accident. Her companion, a professional British jockey, was behind the wheel. According to initial reports from Valencian media A Punt, he tested negative for alcohol and drugs. Authorities have nevertheless opened an investigation to establish the exact circumstances of the collision.
A professional equestrian, Sira Martinez is reportedly unharmed, according to Marca. A former partner of Spanish international Ferran Torres, she is one of three children of Luis Enrique and his wife Elena Cullell. The couple also have an older son, Pacho, and another daughter, Xana, who died in 2019 from cancer at the age of nine.
