Hamstring Injury: Jérémy Jacquet Out Against Belgium in Nations League
Liverpool defender Jérémy Jacquet, who started in France's last two matches, has withdrawn from Monday's Nations League clash against Belgium at Stade de France due to a left hamstring strain.
Jérémy Jacquet will not feature on Monday night at Stade de France. The 21-year-old Liverpool defender has withdrawn from the Nations League fixture against Belgium (20:45) due to a left hamstring strain.
Despite being in good form, Jacquet had started and impressed in France’s previous two outings, against Belgium and then Italy. Zinedine Zidane and his staff preferred to take no risks with the young defender, who is therefore not included in the squad.
To compensate for his absence, the manager named his starting eleven as follows: Restes — Koundé, Yoro, Lacroix, Diouf — Camavinga, Akliouche, Koné — Dembélé, Lepaul, Barcola.
