Gandra vs. Reese middleweight bout added to UFC 329 in Las Vegas
Ryan Gandra and Zachary Reese have been booked for a middleweight contest at UFC 329 on July 11, bringing the card to 12 confirmed fights. The event at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas is headlined by a welterweight rematch between Conor McGregor and Max Holloway.
Ryan Gandra and Zachary Reese will meet at middleweight at UFC 329 on July 11, with the UFC confirming the matchup on Tuesday and bringing the International Fight Week card at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas to 12 bouts.
Gandra, who earned his promotional contract in August 2025, made an immediate impression on his Octagon debut at UFC Fight Night 268 on February 28, stopping Jose Medina in just 41 seconds. Nicknamed “Problema,” the Brazilian holds a 9-1 professional record, with seven of those wins coming by stoppage.
Reese enters the contest on the back of a split-decision loss to Michel Pereira at UFC Houston on February 21. The 32-year-old Texan, also a Contender Series alumnus, carries a 4-3 record with one no contest across his UFC tenure.
The pair slot into a card anchored by a welterweight rematch between Conor McGregor and Max Holloway at the top of the bill. In the co-main event, Benoit St. Denis is set to face Paddy Pimblett at lightweight. The full UFC 329 lineup currently reads as follows:
