Unbeaten-in-the-UFC Lucas Fernando meets Billy Elekana in a 205-pound bout at UFC Vegas 124 on November 7 at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas. The Fight Night card is headlined by welterweight contenders Gabriel Bonfim and Sean Brady in a five-round main event.
Lucas Fernando and Billy Elekana will collide at light heavyweight on the UFC Vegas 124 card at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas on November 7, multiple sources with knowledge of the booking confirmed.
The Fight Night event is headlined by welterweight title hopefuls Gabriel Bonfim and Sean Brady, who meet in a five-round showdown that could shape the 170-pound divisional picture.
Fernando (14-3) announced himself emphatically in his octagon debut this past August, stopping Rafael Tobias by knockout in the third round with a dominant all-round performance. The former LFA champion now carries a five-fight winning streak into the contest, three of those victories coming by way of knockout.
Elekana (10-2) arrives having won three consecutive UFC bouts after dropping his promotional debut to Bogdan Guskov earlier in 2025. The PFL and LFA veteran earned a decision over Ibo Aslan before demonstrating his finishing ability with rear-naked choke stoppages of Kevin Christian and Junior Tafa.
Both fighters are unbeaten across their most recent UFC appearances, making the November 7 matchup a genuine proving ground for two of the division’s more promising rising names. The winner will stake a credible claim for a higher-profile assignment in the light heavyweight rankings.
