European Champions, PSG Employees Receive €4,772 Gross Bonus

Nasser Al-Khelaïfi approved a gross bonus of €4,772.24 for all Paris Saint-Germain employees, paid in two transfers starting this June 2026. This is the second consecutive year the club has distributed such a collective bonus following a season deemed historic.

The scheme covers employees from the football and handball sections, Sese — the company managing Parc des Princes — the Foundation and Endowment Fund, whether on fixed-term contracts, permanent contracts or apprenticeships. One condition applies: having worked with the club for at least eight months during the 2025-2026 season. Staff already receiving sports-related bonuses are excluded from the scheme.

The club had invited its employees to Budapest on May 30 to attend the Ligue des Champions final, won against Arsenal. This trip and the bonus that follows illustrate the internal redistribution policy implemented since the European title of the previous season.

“Our sporting successes across all our sections, as well as our growth, our capacity for innovation and our creativity as a company and as a brand, are the fruit of an immense collective effort. These are your successes and your achievements,” declared Nasser Al-Khelaïfi when announcing the measure.
