Dana White declared the UFC White House card the most-watched event in the promotion’s history after revealing 17 million viewers tuned in globally, with 7 million average viewers in the United States — representing roughly a third of the platform’s total subscriber base.

Speaking at the UFC Vegas 119 post-fight press conference, White said the headline figures are only a partial picture. Full global viewership numbers, complicated by pay-per-view accounting across multiple international markets, are expected to be released within days.

“It was huge and the global number’s massive,” White said. “That’s going to come out next week. It’s the biggest thing that we’ve ever done. Obviously, the biggest thing ever for the sport.”

White was eager to elaborate on what he described as a string of major wins from the seven-fight card held at the White House, but said his hands are tied for now. Both the UFC’s parent company and its broadcast partner are publicly traded, meaning premature disclosure of commercially sensitive performance data could affect stock prices.

“There’s so many massive wins from that night, but I can’t talk about any of them because they influence stock movement,” he said. “So there’s so much stuff we can’t tell you.”

White had previously staked his reputation on delivering strong results for the broadcaster after the UFC’s departure from ESPN, and he was unambiguous about having met that standard within six months of the new deal taking effect.

“My job is to deliver for Paramount and boy have we delivered in six months,” he said. “A lot of the stuff, we’ve just been quiet, we let them announce.”

While the UFC White House card is unlikely to rival the Super Bowl in raw viewership — the NFL’s championship game remains the most-watched annual television event in the United States — White framed the result as a landmark moment for MMA as a mainstream sport.

Looking further ahead, White pointed to January 2027 as the benchmark by which the UFC’s current strategic direction should be judged. “Wait until you see what we do over the next two years,” he said.
