Amado Vargas will make his second bare-knuckle appearance when BKB Bare Knuckle Boxing stages its 12-fight Bally’s Fightnight by BKB Biloxi card at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi on October 23. The undefeated super featherweight (1-0, 1 KO), son of former boxing champion Fernando Vargas, stopped his first opponent in the opening round at BKB 57 in July and now faces Colin Huntington, who will be making his BKB debut.

“I had a great debut, but I’m not satisfied with just one win,” Vargas said. “I want to keep building my name in BKB and show people what I’m capable of every time I step into the Trigon. I’m coming to Biloxi looking for another big performance, and Colin is going to find out very quickly what this sport is all about.”

The main event pits former BKB lightweight world champion Jarod “Kid Gatti” Grant (8-3, 6 KOs) against Pantera Guerrero (1-1, 1 KO). Guerrero steps in as a late replacement for Bekhzod “The Lion” Usmonov, who had originally been booked for the bout.

BKB light heavyweight champion Cub “The Savage” Hawkins (10-1, 9 KOs) moves down a division to middleweight to take on undefeated Rowdy Montgomery (2-0, 1 KO), adding a title-holder’s credibility to the undercard. Former BKB heavyweight champion “Hurricane” Ike Villanueva (5-3, 4 KOs) meets Cody “Bullet Train” East (2-1, 2 KOs), while local fighter Monica “Phenomamom” Medina (3-4) faces unbeaten Claudia “Phoenix” Zamora (1-0, 1 KO) in the women’s bout.

The card is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. ET on October 23.
