UFC releases venue renderings for White House event headlined by Topuria vs Gaethje
The UFC has unveiled official renderings of the White House setup and Freedom 250 Fan Fest ahead of its June 14 card in Washington, D.C., which is headlined by a lightweight title unification fight between Ilia Topuria and Justin Gaethje.
The UFC released official venue renderings on Saturday for its White House event on June 14 in Washington, D.C., offering the first detailed look at the outdoor setup and the accompanying Freedom 250 Fan Fest, which will host fight week activities and a watch party on fight night.
The main card is headlined by a lightweight title unification bout between Ilia Topuria and Justin Gaethje. In the co-main event, Alex Pereira and Ciryl Gane will compete for interim heavyweight gold.
The Freedom 250 Fan Fest is designed to extend the event beyond the main show, with a series of public activities scheduled across fight week culminating in a communal viewing experience on the night itself. The White House setting marks one of the more unusual venues the promotion has used for a major card.
The full card for UFC White House is as follows: Ilia Topuria vs. Justin Gaethje, Alex Pereira vs. Ciryl Gane, Sean O’Malley vs. Aiemann Zahabi, Josh Hokit vs. Derrick Lewis, Michael Chandler vs. Mauricio Ruffy, Kyle Daukaus vs. Bo Nickal, and Steve Garcia vs. Diego Lopes.
The event begins at 8 p.m. ET on June 14.
