PSG travel to Villarreal without Dembélé, Marquinhos and Nuno Mendes for Champions League
Paris Saint-Germain travel to Villarreal on Tuesday (9 p.m.) for Matchday 4 of the Champions League league phase with three major injuries and the absence of Kvaratskhelia, who underwent ACL surgery.
Paris Saint-Germain approach Matchday 4 of the Champions League league phase with a squad depleted of four players, as they travel to Villarreal on Tuesday evening.
Luis Enrique will have to do without Ousmane Dembélé, Marquinhos and Nuno Mendes, all three injured and ruled out. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, recently operated on successfully for an ACL rupture, is also absent from the squad.
On the positive side, goalkeeper Alessandro Longoni, recruited last summer as third-choice keeper, makes his return after injury. Young right-back David Boly (17), who came on Friday in the match against Le Havre, is also included in the selection.
Leaders of the league phase after three wins in as many matches, Paris will therefore have their work cut out to maintain their perfect European record against the Spanish side.
