OM opens Ligue 1 2026-2027 against Strasbourg on August 21 at the Vélodrome
The LFP unveiled the complete schedule for the first two matchdays of Ligue 1 on Monday. Marseille hosts Strasbourg on Friday, August 21 to kick off the 2026-2027 season, while PSG welcomes Rennes on Sunday, August 23.
Olympique de Marseille will open the 2026-2027 Ligue 1 season by hosting RC Strasbourg at the Stade Vélodrome on Friday, August 21 at 20:45. The Professional Football League published the complete schedule for the first two matchdays of the championship on Monday.
The opening kick-off is reserved for OM, followed by a busy Saturday, August 22: Lens hosts Auxerre at 17:15, then five matches take place in the evening, including Toulouse-Lyon and Nice-Lorient. On Sunday, August 23, PSG enter the competition at home against Rennes (20:45), after Angers-Lille (15:00) and Le Havre-Monaco (17:15).
The second matchday promises to be competitive right away with a LOSC-PSG clash scheduled for Friday, August 28 at 20:45 in Lille. Monaco, which debuts at Le Havre in the first round, hosts OM on Sunday, August 30 in the closing match (20:45).
