Former Bellator featherweight champion A.J. McKee will headline PFL San Diego on June 27 at Pechanga Arena, where he faces Salamat Isbulaev in what shapes up as one of the organisation’s marquee featherweight matchups of the year.

Sharing the main card with McKee is a flyweight bout between 2025 PFL tournament champion Liz Carmouche and Viviane Araujo. Carmouche enters the fight carrying the momentum of a tournament title, while Araujo brings significant UFC-level experience to the contest. The pairing gives the card genuine depth at the top.

Rounding out the four-fight main card are Alfie Davis against Alexandr Shabliy at lightweight and a light heavyweight clash between Abraham Bably and Rob Wilkinson.

The Professional Fighters League confirmed four additional preliminary bouts on Wednesday to complete the ten-fight lineup. Justin Wetzell and Sarvarjon Khamidov will meet at bantamweight, as will Cobey Fehr and Daniel Bzdigian. Gamid Khizriev takes on Lorenzo Parente at lightweight, and Shannon Clark faces Ilara Joanne in a women’s flyweight contest.

The prelim card also features Khasan Magomedsharipov against Joshua Weems and a women’s flyweight matchup between Ariane Lipski da Silva and Jena Bishop.

With the card now fully assembled, PFL San Diego offers a broad cross-section of the organisation’s roster across multiple weight classes, anchored by a featherweight main event that puts McKee’s standing in the division to the test against the unbeaten Isbulaev.
