Inter Milan contacts Camavinga's entourage as Real Madrid considers letting him leave
According to Corriere dello Sport, Inter Milan has made contact with Eduardo Camavinga's representatives as Real Madrid would be open to letting the French midfielder depart this summer despite a contract running until 2029.
Inter Milan has contacted Eduardo Camavinga’s entourage, according to Corriere dello Sport, as Real Madrid would not oppose the French midfielder’s departure during this summer’s transfer window.
After a difficult season in Madrid colours, the Italian champions are said to have sounded out the player’s close associates to assess the feasibility of a transfer. The 23-year-old French international has also been tracked by several Premier League clubs for several weeks, reflecting broad European interest in the former Rennes player.
The main obstacle remains the player’s own wishes. Camavinga is still tied to Real Madrid until June 2029 and, according to the Italian sports daily, he would not be willing to leave Casa Blanca this summer. Inter will therefore need to convince a player who does not consider himself on his way out before even beginning negotiations with the Spanish club over the amount of a potential transfer.
