Anthony “Fluffy” Hernandez and Gregory “Robocop” Rodrigues will clash in a five-round middleweight main event when the UFC visits the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento on August 22. The bout is among several fights now officially confirmed for the card.

Hernandez steps back into the octagon looking to rebound from a loss to future middleweight champion Sean Strickland. Rodrigues arrives in form, riding a three-fight win streak that includes a knockout of Brunno Ferreira in his most recent appearance.

In the co-main event, Reinier de Ridder makes his light heavyweight debut against Roman Dolidze. The move up to 205 pounds follows back-to-back defeats for de Ridder — losses to Brendan Allen and Caio Borralho at middleweight — and represents a fresh start in a new division.

The heavyweight division features prominently on the undercard. Serghei Spivac returns to action against knockout specialist Vitor Petrino, while Kennedy Nzechukwu meets Shamil Gaziev in a second heavyweight contest.

Two women’s strawweight bouts have also been added: Carli Judice faces Jeisla Chaves, and Shanelle Dyer takes on Elise Ride. At middleweight, Contender Series veteran Wes Schultz is booked against Jackson McVey.

Further bouts are expected to be announced in the coming weeks ahead of the August 22 event.
