Jan Blachowicz and Bogdan Guskov will finally settle their unfinished business at UFC Belgrade on August 1, with the UFC officially confirming the rematch for the event at Belgrade Arena in Serbia. Vestnik MMA was first to report the booking.

The two light heavyweights met at UFC 323 last December in a bout that ended without a winner. One judge scored the fight 29-28 for Blachowicz, but the other two returned 28-28 cards after awarding Guskov a pair of 10-8 rounds in the second frame, resulting in a majority draw. The outcome left both men frustrated — Blachowicz has now gone winless across his last four outings dating back to 2022, a run that includes two draws, while Guskov saw a four-fight winning streak brought to an abrupt halt.

A rematch was swiftly arranged and slotted onto UFC 328 in May, but Blachowicz was forced to withdraw after tearing his meniscus, pushing the bout back to the Belgrade card.

The former light heavyweight champion carries a record of 29-11-2 into the fight, while Guskov stands at 18-3-1. With neither man able to claim a definitive victory the first time around, the August 1 meeting carries added weight for both fighters’ standing in the division.

UFC Belgrade is headlined by a welterweight clash between local favourite Uros Medic and the returning Daniel Rodriguez. The event marks the promotion’s first-ever card held in Serbia.
