Cyril Hanouna claimed on his W9 show to know the final Ballon d’Or 2026 ranking, with the ceremony held on October 26 in London. According to the presenter, Lamine Yamal would win the trophy, ahead of Harry Kane and Rodri, the 2024 winner.

The most surprising revelation concerns Kylian Mbappé. The Real Madrid striker, who has publicly stated his ambitions for this Ballon d’Or in several interviews, would not make the podium: Hanouna places him fifth, behind Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (fourth), and just ahead of Ousmane Dembélé, the defending champion.

When asked by his panelist Jean-Luc Lemoine — “Do you have information or are you a medium?” — Hanouna responded with a cryptic remark: “You’ll see when it drops…”, without clarifying the nature of his sources.

Three French internationals appear in the top 10 of this ranking announced: Mbappé (5th), Dembélé (6th) and Michael Olise (9th), the latter closely followed by Fabian Ruiz (8th) and Lionel Messi (10th) in the hierarchy sketched by the presenter.

Voting officially closed on September 28. It remains to be seen whether Cyril Hanouna’s claims reflect a genuine leak or simply a personal prediction dressed up as a revelation.
