The supermarket also forecasts that shoppers will buy more than 14 million pizzas and 9 million packs of crisps over the same period. Aldi was recently named Which? Best Value Brand of the Year.
Among the products highlighted for World Cup gatherings are Sainte Etienne Premium Lager (£3.39 for 4 x 440ml), Galahad Lager (£2.99 for 4 x 440ml), Carlos Takeaway Pizzas (£2.49, 557g) in Meat Feast, Pepperoni, and Big Cheese varieties, and Snackrite Deltas Tortilla Chips (89p, 200g) in Cool Salted, Chilli, and Tangy Cheese flavours.
